So, there was a game I played a couple years back, but I can't for the life of me find it again or remember the name. It's kind of similar to haramase simulator. You have some sort of authority or reputation card that gets upgraded to different tiers and you venture between a main city or a resort place, there's also a boat at the resort you take out to explore some island stuff and puzzles to solve I think.

Turned out I was suffering a mental lapse and it was indeed... Haramase Simulator the game I was referencing. I had forgot I had an old as heck version and a newer one that had the island and extra stuff. lol
