Identify need help remembering a game

It was a Renpy game with 3d models.

The MC stays with his sister(I don't remember her sister for sure) and mother(for sure) and was searching for job.
He met a black guy who was a part of a cult in which they were trying to stop a bigger threat (a supervillain) and they gave MC some powers.

There was also a side-devil type women helping his through decisions.

MC now had power to influence people and also even persuade his gf to fuck her.

The game also featured a female cop with which we had a choice for NTR or No-NTR route.
