The core concept was like so: superpowers appeared in humanity, which caused society to break down into lawlessness. The main character is a scientist who works with an All-Might looking hero (who sexually subdues a supervillain in the prologue) to "rehabilitate"/brainwash supervillains and turn them into defenders of a small city-state that still has order. This essentially made MC into a supervillain converting other supervillains to his cause.
MC's job involves sexually corrupting the main girls and they are given the choice as to which girl's scene you'll do first every day. This influences the game's ending (it has multiple endings iirc). I believe the three main girls' powers were electricity, slime generation, and poison. Also I remember there was a personality excretion scene. Art was Japanese 2D art.
