I recall a 3D visual novel where the the MC is a young man who has a scene with his aunt then not too long after has to save his sister who doesn't like him in a quick time event and they have scenes shortly after. Saving his sister also led to the daughter of a mob boss (i think) being freed from the kidnapper. The mob boss gives the MC an apartment and that's where I blank out. I'm sorry I don't have more to go off of.
