Hey there, I played this game about a year or two ago and I can't for the life of me remember the name. Some details are fuzzy but I'll try my best.
It was a fantasy setting RPG where the core gameplay loop was wake up>do a task in town>go exploring>go to sleep.
It was a 2d game with a day/night cycle (or rather morning/afternoon/night time blocks)
Two very specific details I can remember are the worlds/realms were a Lava, Tundra, and Grassy Field among others. There were 3 characters I remember. A set of Wolfgirl sisters, one was older and strong, the other was young and playful/shy. They were from the Tundra. And a ram/sheepgirl from the grassy fields.
In town there was a church or monastery or something where you could earn affection by playing some memory game. I think there was a library or school and you had to do simple quizzes to earn affection there. And I think you had to bring the teacher to the tavern at night specifically for a date.
Edit: it was Titsnicle from Pokkaloh
