Identify Need help remembering the name of a game

This game started with the mc in bed surrounded by women, then he starts his story where is dad passed away and he is living with stepmom and step sister or sister and he is very weak, finds a room with some of his fathers files and some pills, which look like the pills his step mom gives him. Reading the documents finds out that his stepmom is giving him these meds in order to stop developing and the pills that he found will help him develop again. If anyone remembers the name I would like to see if its still an active game of abandoned.

I like that game but no that's not it. The son is forced to move into the basement, then he finds files and pills that his father had hidden there, before he died.
