I remember the game was kind of similar in style to "Knight of Erin", where you could (most of the time) see your character on the side in a higher resolution and their current state, clothing etc. It was a pixel art game with the main locations being a medieval-style city. I remember the starting area had the main character (female) start in some sort of a dungeon? Where there would be things the player needed to collect, and the dungeon being filled with rats and goblins specifically. The game had a combat mechanic, whereas you could set traps or do melee combat. If the player got beaten enough they would be put in a sort of vulnerable state, crawling and being susceptible to unconsensual activities. I remember there was a dirtiness mechanic, where the player, after combat would get dirty and therefore get a decrease in some stats, mainly looks, which would affect interactions with npc's. There was also some sort of pub/inn, where the character could go upstairs and wash themselves, with the washing being painful if you were badly injured. The game had a pretty okay story, which is mainly why I want to find it, because it was genuinely interesting to play, it got really immersive with the attention to detail and different responses from the npcs. There were many stats that the player could focus on, mainly combat-based, such as strenght, stamina etc, with there also being a prostitution mechanic, giving the player money to survive, although as i mentioned before, most people wouldn't want you if you were dirty or had ragged clothes. I can provide more details if needed, another game I can compare it to is "Final Originity", but the game im searching for was much darker and more brutal.
