The game has the MC that is an alcoholic. He goes to a brothel and gets drunk, has sex with a lady (possibly Asian) and then an older lady enters the scene and you are given the choice to drink more and have a threesome with both.

I think after that night he returns to the city he originally came from, but it's been a while since I played it.
