Can someone tell me what happen in the shadow of the arm?
Why the render is like that

What do you mean? The noise? If so, then - in short - it means the render needs more time.

but you can set how long the render takes in the render settings

I change the max amount of sample and that better thanks

As far as I know, just to keep in mind, there are three variables that stop the render on its own.
These are Max Samples, Max Time and Converged Ratio. Whichever is reached 1st will stop rendering.
