Identify Need help to find a transformation game

I couldn't remember a game... please help me find it.... Lemme tell you what I know about it.... It's an RPG game.... like when you move around with a small character.... fantasy game, We play as an adventurer guy... who will slowly transform into a girl... a lizard guy forces himself on the MC whenever we loose a fight to him... and also there is a cowgirl who will let us do stuff with her if we tell her we're a guy and then help her with a plant lady creature on her farm.... lemme know if you need more details than this... thanks in advance

When you say cowgirl, do you mean like a western cowgirl or girl with cow-like features?
