found lots of short videos on R34, game by Doggie Bones, like Happy Heart Hell, the main character is Sam if I'm correct, I don't know the name of this game or where to get it, from videos I saw I can tell there is a decent amount of content in this game, any info please :3

According to the thread it's probably a unreleased version of Happy Heart Hell.
