Need help to install Shoujo Senki

after i watched the "anime" adaptation on a some family friendly web i am curious to look at the actual game and honestly i'm glad i found it in anime sharing forum but i have problem installing and running the game and yes i'm aware of it needing a japanese locale emulator my only problem is when i tried to run the game after installing it, it only shows black screen and some resolution menu, if anyone have time to check it out and help me and probably others too, please do so
