Need help unpacking .pac archive of ゴリマッチョとブルマレッスン / Gorimaccho to Bloomers Lesson

I wanted to open up this glorified video player's .pac file as there's some scenes (like a titjob scene) that aren't included with the standalone video the app comes with, but from what I've been reading online, this format is usually a custom archive that would need specialized tools to unpack. My PC is kinda ass so I can't really do screen recordings either, and I'd suspect there would be some quality loss if I go by this method. I've taken a look at the archive through a hex editor and I found multiple instances of directories and video files (.avi) stored inside it. Does anyone know of any way to pry this thing wide open?

EDIT: I've also tried running the app on a sandbox but it doesn't appear to be extracting and dumping videos into the Temp folder in "AppData\Local\" so that's another method down.

but now the problem is that the decoder I need to unpack the pac file isn't in the stable releases but on the source code that requires compiling. I don't really have a lot of time and resources to give something that's very out of my field a swing, so can I request someone to compile the source code for me?
