I don't know if this is the right forum but I ask anyway.

I'm trying to build distributions from my Renpy game but gets this error:



Can anyone tell me how to fix the permission issue?

Dev help section would probably be better for this.

Try clicking Properties on that file > Security and making sure that it has Read/Write, other permissions for Users, and maybe other groups. Or try running Ren'Py as an administrator.
