Seeking Need Recommendation For Games that has Good Pregnancy mechanics

As the title said, I need some recommendation from Y'all of games that has good pregnancy mechanics.

Peasant's quest. One of the best games from western creators. Most of the girls have pregnancy and post pregnancy story content. Warning! This game is super grindy, but you always can use saveeditor. I prefer to play female protagonist, but this game is really good, believe me.
Corruption of champions 2. Good writings. Nothing to say. It is just a good text-based transformation game from Fenoxxo.
Trials in Tainted space - Fenoxxo. Lots of content. Text-based. Be a male or female, or transform yourself into something between.

Apocalypse has some pregnancy "mechanics" in that the pregnancy progresses through 4 stages (expanding bellies, sometimes breast milk coming out) until giving birth (and a short scene for that too for each harem girl that can get impregnated - 6 so far)

I don't think it's possible because the main issue is that the files are named using japanese characters that aren't supported if you're using english locale so you need to use japanese locale to ensure everything downloads correctly.
