Identify Need some help finding name of game i played a while ago

Hi there fellas as you will find out in a couple of seconds english is not my native language so please ignore my grammer and punctuation mistakes if you can and also thank you for taking the time to check this out. So, the memories that i have about the game is that PC was a male protagonist who owns a manor and was having some sort of burnout syndrome. Also i remember that there was a butler who lives with him and PC was trying to a make a deal with Demon or a Succubus i dont remember which one was it but in the end he was getting a Succubus to serve him in the manor. Game was built on a decision making, a little thing that i remember about it was that if you encourage the butler he was starting to having sex with succubus and then corrupted by her.
I know its not much of a information but I would really appreciate any help
