I recall it was a game based in some sort of medieval dark fantasy world. MC started with amnesia or was at least rescued in some sort of nobility or at least higher class household, that included a black maid and a mature landlady. It had a navigation system based in clicking but there was a map, and I also recall there was prisoners in a village. You had to get several items through the gameplay
Edit: MC progress having sex was slow and women art is voluptuous generally. I also recall a windmill where you'd fuck a lady and that at some point you needed a rope for a cliff.
