Yes, My artist has that.do you have that separated by layers or not?
That's not bad at all. I would prefer having them moving ever so slightly but should that not be possible, this would already be good enough What tool did you use?
Erm... can you point me to a tutorial on how to do this?If you have separate layers try something like parallax effect.
You can slightly move the front characters and meanwhile the background character can for example jump from the bottom at a different speed or emerge from the mist. The layers should move at a different speed, that's the key.
Thanks for the tip. I do not have the time to master these tools myself, but perhaps I can hire someone who knows how to use them. Can you recommend anyone who would be willing to do this almost for free ?There's a couple of different tools, depending on engine and authoring environment.
We use Spine2D for Sinners Landing/Paradise Lust; it's nice and flexible, but it doesn't export to live files on Renpy (you can export MP4s and use those, though).
Dragonbones is another 2D bone-based animation toolset (with the benefit of being free). Tools aren't quite as good, but the price is right.
Live2D is another animation package with renpy integration (so you can control it live on replay). Slightly harder to create content for, and morph based instead of bone based, but the export to Renpy angle is of course a big thing for some devs.

Thank you so muchType into google "How to do parallax effect <insert_name_of_program_you_use>".
I found tutorials for for photoshop that way but there should be one for most popular programs in which you can animate. It's often called 2.5D btw.
