No, I find nearly all of them annoying. It's one thing if it's a mission and/or I'm getting paid but beyond that I wouldn't give most of them a second thought. Like I said there are a few I like - that I'd ask to join for dinner or whatever but the rest I couldn't care less about. Aside from Alice and Sylph, I'd rather not have them around unless I'm on the clock and even Alice and Sylph are friends - people you have around to dinner a couple times/year and send birthday cards to. That's about it. I kinda wish the house we're building were farther from the city, to deter visitors.

I get how a few can be annoying for sure personally I find very few to be. The only ones that are annoying to me are Alice ( only sometimes) and Sylph ( on her path). Well Kira is annoying on or off but she is the only one. Even if they arent part of the harem id want to build a house big enough to have all of them move in and live with me and Eliza. I like having people around I like , at least till they want to move on.

I don't even want that. I mean I don't even like most of the other Lis - not just that I don't want to fuck them, but I don't really want to have any involvement with them at all. I love Eliza. I like Alice, Sylphina and Lucid and that's about it. The rest could drop out of the game completely and I wouldn't be bothered.

But Eliza would be super sad and depressed for a long time when her friends and chosen family die. remember that she already suffers from abandonment syndrome. and we will soon confront her mother.

Well, I respect other people's tastes. But as I said, if the author decides to put more sex scenes with Eliza, at least give the option to skip it or not watch it, like there is in other scenes.

when you're locked in the relationship, you can't skip the scenes. so if you don't want Eliza's scenes, just don't get on her path.

No, Luna really bugs me. I think, if I could boot a few characters over the side, she'd be the first to go.

People have a few different reasons on issue ive seen brought up is how she lost trust and betrayed the MC by taking him to looters bay and her father without saying a word.

The biggest issue for alot of people and this is mine if you decide you dont want to kiss her and be on her path she just doesn't take no for an answer. You have to say no like 3- 5 times within that one arc she cannot take a hint. I think if that didn't happen she wouldn't get nearly as much hate.

This medium is so not designed for action scenes, I will never understand this take. If you want action go play an actual video game. If you want action with occasional lewdity... that's not remotely uncommon in the modern AAA space. CDProjekt Red has you covered.

So MC has all these powers just to be used as decoration? Every self-respecting medieval fantasy game has to have good action scenes and a rich story, be it a AAA game or a VN.

It doesn't matter if the world is poly, people like what they like and don't like feeling forced to make a choice they don't want. While I don't mind Kira, trying to turn her down results in so many "are you sure" choices that I'd almost do without her completely.

To be Very Honest you get the same choices with pretty much every other "LI" and having a choice for the friend or romance choices many times per char just helps if you feel 1 interaction isn't how you want well there is another that can persuade you to liking them.

The Romance or Friendship choices even though they are rather pressured onto you it is again to help keep the main characters interactive and progressive with the story overall because it seems most the LIs have far reaching plots that can/will affect the story throughout the journey.

I Rather this try again method option myself instead of specific single interactions with Choice Locking for LIs to then 90% of their content gone because you don't like their first interaction with them but when they have a big bearing in the story it sure wrecks a fair bit.

Just think what if you turned her down on the first interaction and it locked you out and then having her then sour at you to then have you miss all her content with her and her sister and well the whole pirate stint even.


I get some people don't like every LI but that is life and that means we all get things we don't like.

What you say is true and its indeed good to get multiple opportunitys and to be able to revert a former choice about a LI if we want to BUT it should come from the MC the second time.

Like if the MC already said no to a girl but she just keeps going, it makes her look pathetic and greedy for some, i for example tend to not really like girls who lack self respect.

So yeah instead of potraying the LI as some kind of creep always looking for physical contanct after she got told off is not the best way of doing it.

id have to disagree ive seen plenty of games showcase good actions scenes yeah won't ever beat a normal video game but doesn't mean the design of a VN means it shouldn't be done or can't be done in a way that is still exciting or good. Hell the update where Eliza and MC killed those bandits for killing that Wolf is a good example of a good action scene yeah other games have done better ones but it was still good.

Just because it can be done, does not mean that it is the ideal medium for doing it. If action scenes are your goal, the AVN-o-sphere is not the place to go.

I mean yeah obviously AVN's aren't the best place to do it and I don't think anyone is saying AVN's need to be full of action scenes , I doubt anyone is playing these or reading books for actions scenes. They should still be done depending on the game of course, and context. Playing a fantasy game without any action scenes would be weird and pointless and rather boring. Action scenes do not need to be nearly as good as a AAA game to be exciting. It's all in the execution of the renders and context of the scene that matters. Otherwise you can say the same thing about a novel / book that they shouldn't do action scenes either cause it isn't a good medium for doing it. It's not hard to understand why a fantasy game can feel a bit stale to some when going long periods of time without any kind of action , since it's an ideal setting for such scenes.

I liked the journey to retrieve a relic in order to save Eliza. Kira gets introduced and she's a hardass but over time you just realize she's tsundere. Then out of nowhere, plot twist, we're going to daddy. MC rightly gets mad, and has all the power in this scenario to ruin her, and then just forgives her. No big deal, you're not literally impeding my progress in order to save the love of my life or anything, especially when I haven't known you but a couple of weeks tops. Then once all that gets sorted she gets rammed down your throat on the island. If you're fucking anything that moves...or just wanna fuck Kira, it's probably fine, but if you're really not interested in Kira, the game does not take a hint, and I don't understand how it got out of playtesting.

You get to fucking Kira (or not) and then Pearl pulls her shit. I can understand why Pearl did what she did, but he literally forgives her before they even get out of the chamber. Never mind she's taking the thing you need to save Eliza, we can't hurt Kira's feelings by being mad at her sister. All to set up a Kira/Pearl action piece that's over in less than 10 minutes, hatchet buried, daddy is the problem, let's go.

It's not like I need AVNs to be Shakespeare or even super logical sometimes, I can suspend belief if I'm being entertained. This wasn't entertaining at all to me, and actually caused me to stop reading for about a week or so before picking it back up.


TLDR- I don't care for Kira because she made a dumb decision, got off free for it, got shoved down our throats, watched her sister also make a dumb decision, and watched her also get off free for it.

Still images have been used for lewds literally since we figured out how to make still images... I have no idea how you've come to your conclusion. It is wildly out of pocket to me.
