I prefer playing as a wife in NTR and Netorase games, so female protagonist is what interests me. Female protagonist as your POV not female protagonist but male POV. Also, I prefer NTR where a FMC is stolen and not where male character is stolen which is way different from standard male protagonist NTR games.

Most Japanese NTR content just give Male MC to make it NTR, then they barely make any appearance for the rest of the game. In a way Wife/GF whatever, is the MC regardless of how much screentime the Male MC has, because she will still have more screentime and dialogue. Even in some non-ntr harem stuff from Japanese games Male MC's have zero personality, no portrait etc, there are even ones with blacked-out faces where they don't even bother with.

The face and body of male protagonist is not important just his dick. In FMC games for women and gay games full visual is present. Straight women and gay men like to see male bodies while straight men like seeing dicks, well close up of fucking.
