Damn, my greatest gripe with BG3 (not really) is that with all the sensual sex scenes, hiring an intimacy coordinator, we didn't get a scene of Shadowheart being shared in a foursome with the twins.

Not sure which is more fitting, Asterion because of the affinity for sucking, or Mintara
