So, i dunno if anyone else has been seeing this EU thing that is going to allow third party Apps/App Stores (Having trouble find any exact info on which one it is) to be installed on IOS devices.

Now the question is do we think this is going to allow porn games to finally be on IOS or is there going to be some work around that Apple does to not even really allow any Third Party apps.

I did see somewhere they already have in place something that is going to mean you can get Third Party Apps but only if they are approved by Apple which makes this whole thing pointless, the EU might not except this though so could force apple to allow app like Android does

It's in regard of the European Digital Market Act, that will apply in 2024. Google only return me french sites for this, so I'll not provide links, but it shouldn't be too difficult to find.

And the answer is no.

As you say yourself:
I did see somewhere they already have in place something that is going to mean you can get Third Party Apps
But where you're wrong is when you add this:
but only if they are approved by Apple which makes this whole thing pointless, the EU might not except this though so could force apple to allow app like Android does

From what I got reading quickly the DMA, the part that will concern the Apple store it's before everything an anti-monopoly law. Therefore, as long as they don't force someone to use their store, and don't prevent a third party to have his own app store, or even his own store, they comply to the law.
They can still ask for royalties over each purchase, can still force you to have your app approved beforehand, or anything that would permit them to control what apps are installed on an Apple device. As long as they don't force you to use their app store for this, it will be legal and follow the DMA.
