Hey, new dev here. I would like to ask you to help me decide.
Here is the thing. I have an idea of a game, which was put on hold for almost a year, now. The problem is that I haven't developed an art for it, nor gameplay. Well, for the gameplay, it was just a dot shooting at another dot, and my deadline will be in next 2 months (end of July).
As for the game, it is set around 1969-1971, which became really a problem since I need to develop the art to fit that Era (pixels like Aurelia, or Fregment Future). Well, at least, I hope I could.
My question is:
Should I just shut up and practice drawing while coding?
-or-
Should I use Illusion studio or 3D programs to create my art, and have my focus solely on coding?
If I should use Illusion studio or any 3D programs that could help me achieve that style (or close enough to fit in that era), what are your recommendations?
