I'm totally new to this site, love it so far. Discovering lots of cool addictive games.

I looked around and couldn't find if there was a thread explaining this. I'm wondering what some of the color tags on certain games mean. Most are self explanatory like "completed" and "abandoned". But some I'm confused by and was wondering if some could tell me what they meant? "Ren'py", "QSP", "RAGS", "Tads", "VN", "Unity". I'm assuming it explains the type of game or something and was wondering what exactly they mean.

Sorry if this was the wrong place to post this or if it's a common thing. I didn't see anything in the forums where I looked. Thanks for any info that can be provided.

they mean the engine the game is running on renpy is pretty simple thing. vn means visual novel. the japanese story thing.
You'll figure out each game engine the more you explore and test those games.

(also you forgot rpgm :p which is kinda the same thing as the starting final fantasy. 4 direction movement and turn based battles)
