Are you using Winrar to extract the files? If so, before extracting it press Ctrl+E and select the option that contains "Japanese", after that you can extract and it'll probably run fine.

You can try using

You must be registered to see the links

as well, I oftenly use and it always open those japanese games without any problem.

I've downloaded my version on Sukebei site.

can anyone help me? have tried to redownload it from different sites and also extracting it in the ''japanese'' option in winrar.

Might need to run with locale emulator as well.
