I like it a lot so far. I love the premise. I've played enough that I got the "You have reached the end of the current release" message. I appreciate that you can adjust the NPC gender settings like in your previous game.

My character had the Companion background.

The combat difficulty felt fairly reasonable once my character leveled up and I invested a perk point in strength gain and another point in intelligence gain. (I'm dumb and didn't realize right away that the Shocking Stick needed to be equipped to be usable.) Getting credits had a decent balance to it imo. As it got easier to earn credits, the player character's daily service fees/rent increased. I think the increase seemed pretty proportionate.
