VN - Ren'Py - New Neighborhood [v0.7] [The Grim Reaper]

I cant understand why this game got so low rating. It is really exciting, whit a lot of hot events. The girls are also good looking and the story is ok.
The only frustrating thing is that the cheating path and the sharing path does lead to the same events. Have not tried the loyal path, but why should I?

That's pretty much awesome for now, graphics, not NTR but hotwifing themes... best genre.
There are animations(I don't care about them, but some people are really want them), some hints to incest themes, everything is good here.
Some quiet music also here, but I didn't remember much

it's a good game has a great potential but i think the content should be more the bj scene with mc's friend is top tier 5 star for that scene. it's such a great tease and that scene alone describes the potential i am keeping my expectations quite high. And the glory hole scene wish she had stayed in that position for some more time.

NICE NTR/CHEATING GAME

A typical game where you live with your girlfriend and suddenly you start to get attracted to being seen and even having fun with other men. The story isn't very well developed, but I find it okay within reason, and the NTR is very good.

You can also make decisions and you can play without NTR/CHEATING and be faithful, depending on your taste. Although for me, if you play a game like this, it means you like NTR/CHEATING and such.

The renderings are decent for me, as is the writing and dialogue. The animations improve with updates, as does the audio.

I'm sorry I have to throw my hat in the ring on this one... I see a lot of reviews bombing this game because of earlier releases. I my self wasn't that impressed with the early production of this game... it just felt like another game with very narrow sharing focus where the male character had all the control, yes honey be a slut, or no don't and nothing happened.

As of this release the Dev seems to have remade from about v.03 and added in lots choices and actually gave the main characters both their own personalities and you now see a broad range of abilities as the player to pursue many different outcomes based on your own preference or if you just want see a variety of content, you now have that possibility. Each MC now has the chance to be loyal, cheat, and the traditional sharing story is still there. This game has gone from just a mediocre kinda ah whatever game to one of my favorites and I hope the dev keeps at it.

nothing, I waited to judge the game, but it never took off from a technical and narrative point of view, the graphics are old-fashioned, with various form bugs, audio not the best if not repetitive, story, the weak point, the DEV has created the new neighborhood only of men who fuck our FMC, with the blessed MC happy, a Harem in reverse,

The game features a very primitive yet evergreen plot, though it’s implemented in a rather shallow way.

It follows the classic structure of disconnected sequences involving some form of sexual interaction, but without meaningful narrative cohesion.

The artwork is mediocre, and while the sex scenes aren’t particularly short, they also aren’t especially well executed or visually impactful.

Overall, it’s just okay. It doesn’t offend or frustrate in terms of gameplay it’s serviceable.

One positive note is the addition of a hint system, which helps avoid wasting time deciphering the consequences of poor or nonsensical choices.

That’s really all I can say about the game.

You can change the mister's first name, but not the missus's.
Apart from the female character, there's nothing particularly convincing.
We assume that missus loves it... it's really not my cup of tea, and somehow this kind of thing where mister loves seeing his wife get busted by the whole neighborhood... Between eroticism, porn, and perverts, there are sometimes lines to follow. Luckily, they don't have a dog or a horse...
Besides, it's not NTR, but NTS, and the presentation image really makes missus look like a beautiful prey or a package of fresh flesh.
1 for missus in this overrepresented world of men!

This AVN is exactly what I look in a AVN has choices, a male lead and ntr content aslo the girlfriend is not a bitch and loves MC so that's a plus point, story is most basic as it gets but it's enjoyable

It's a bit early to review this but I'll say I do like what I see so far. It looks like there will be actual communication between the husband and wife at least for now. Good looking renders and a actual animated sex scene which is rare in sharing or NTR games. But it is to early to form a real opinion for me beyond this but I see potential and like what I see and enjoyed it so far, which is why it's getting 4 stars instead of 3 for a first release that is too early to judge.

This is not NTR, it is NTS. Not a criticism, just trying to save people time.

* The MC looks like a troll wearing a human skinsuit and his inner monologue makes me want to smash my face into a wall until it resembles his stupid face.

* You can change the MC's name, but not wife's? Odd choice.

* Tonally inconsistent. In a matter of a few hours the wife can go from wanting to leave the MC because he tried to convince her to keep having sex even with a voyeur watching to showing her tits in public in front of a voyeur without the MC knowing because he "suggested that I be bolder." That's not how that works.

* One-dimensional characters. There is zero growth nor room to grow with these people. MC is immediately on board with trying to get his wife to do shit with other people. Takes one sentence to get his wife to warm up to it.

* Offers nothing new to the genre nor does it improve upon any of the countless NTS-focused that are already here. Matter of fact, I'm pretty sure there's already another game that came out before this one with a nearly identical premise.

*Story is non-existent. Couple moves into a new neighborhood. People want to bang his wife, he wants people to bang his wife.

* The only sex scene is with the main couple. I will never understand why games that revolve around cheating or sharing as their main conceit choose to pad their games with boring monogamous between married partners. Cool.

Summary

Your time is better spent elsewhere, but you tried, dev, you tried.

a very nice first release that included Sex scene and animation at its finest, that show you wat the Dev is capable of.
For a first release the Game was long and easy playing. I also love the different type of characters including the old man, hoping that the old man scenes won`t be blue balling like ACD.
The face of the MC looked kind of weird at first, but got used to it during gameplay or the Dev did some changes to the face.
Still to early for me to start support, but definitely a Game to look out for.
Worth the Download.

Just finished the first chapter. This game has a lot of potential. The most important thing in an NTR game, besides having a beautiful heroine with a perfect body, is to control the pace of the game. It shouldn't be too fast or too slow. The heroine shouldn't be too easy or too difficult. And any decision related to NTR must be reasonable. I hope the game developers will pay attention to these things because I really like this game.
