Job Description:
At the moment I'm rather looking for someone that will work on making the UI and start preparing in advance some of the elements that will be in the game when we release: a gallery, save updater, web launcher, ...
When the first script is ready I'll send it to you along with backgrounds, sprites, scenes that are in it as soon as I receive them from the 2 artists.
Additional comments:
You'll be paid the 5th of each month, you will always be paid AFTER the job is done.
I'm a programmer myself, I may not be the best one but I will still be able to estimate your level so while I can agree to accept people that have an intermediate level I'm not willing to work with total newbies that I would need to teach myself.
