Hello and welcome the best advice I can give for finding games is go ahead and click the latest updates section at the top of the screen as it has all kinds of filters you can use to find stuff. Other than that all the forum threads are fairly self explanatory.
Always ask in a game that has the netorare tag if the ntr is avoidable.

Welcome, just to add to what others have said, make sure to read the general rules of the site and the rules of the different sections to avoid having trouble down the road, if you do run into a problem you should use the ticket system for help or one of the help sections depending on the problem.
It's also a good idea to use the search function before asking a question in a thread to see if it has already been asked and answered. Also it is a good idea to report posts rather than engage any hostility in game threads.

Is there pregnancy ?
Is she virgin ?
Is NTR avoidable ?
Where is compression version ?
