I got it to work by setting my Windows systemlocale to Japenese and changing the Language of 7'Zip to Japenese by Going to Tools-->Options... --> Language.

For anyone having the black screen issue open the zip folder in WinRAR go to Option > Name Encoding and select Japanese then extract the folder fixed the issue for me.

Reuploaded my working game as 7z. I hope that will fix the issue. (At least it makes the game 500 MB smaller to download)

go to the settings and set skip mode to all.
