What do you mean "twisted"? Fox Wife is coy and playful. And she's not hurting the protagonist.
She's a classic "mischievous kitsune" character.
Let's say she gets pretty close to it. She is in fact mischievous most of the time, but sometimes there are subtle talks about how helpless MC is, shrinking him for fun (I do believe that she does that). That does make her kind of twisted, but at least not as bad as Katya.

Well, she does get softer, but MC still has to go through humiliating bullcrap before it happens. I was mostly fine with all of her "punishing" right untill the moment where she actually gets aroused by jerking him and stopping right at the end. Understanding that MC was stopped at the very last moment was the most pleasurable part for her. That is a pure sadism that can't be justified by discipline.
She’s just dommy. The latest update (if you aren’t a perv to Katya) has her hide Cesar and stay still for his sake so that Genevieve doesn’t end up finding and murdering him for being in her shower. If she was an unhinged sadist it would be easier to just give Cesar to Gene and watch him be slowly killed.

Understandable if her being a dom isn’t your cup of tea, her interactions are half disciplinary/training and half sexual. Cesar is a masochist in her route and most other routes and she knows.

Well, I do realise that she is into domination, just like Clarice or Geneva. My point is that while Clarice is completely clear about it, Katya does all these awkward attempts to hide it behind discipline and punishment. It's hard to understand the atmosphere because of this. Is it supposed to be funny, kinky or what?

Don't really like to spread about my fetishes that much, but I have 0 problems with dom. Yet, there is a fine line between dom and straight up bullying. When dom is unfair and aimed to mainly insult instead of showing domination over someone, then I don't see it a thing that's supposed to bring pleasure from being under someone, be it literally or metaphorically. It also doesn't exactly work with "obedience" route, because MC has 0 thoughts about how he somehow enjoys it or anything like that. He either yaps a little, or being silent. I just don't understand what kind of chemistry does author try to show between these two, or perhaps it's just too vague for me personally.

I think the problem is that we're taking too much from GG and identifying the protagonist as "MC", when he has a name, character, past, and fully visible eyes. Cesar shows masochistic thoughts in every route, even Katya's, even if you choose the obedient choices. Pretty much the only scene where he seems afraid and not into it is when Katya puts him in her mouth after he mistakenly sees her undressed. Which I felt was too far as well, but it's a single event. Nina sticking Cesar under her ass for hours straight is far more hellish.

Tl;dr, while Cesar might appeal to us players somewhat, he's his own person and not a player self-insert blank slate. So don't expect to understand their interactions fully when the game has barely started development.

I wasn't drawing any relations to GG, even though it would be easy to just compare, but these games are too different for that. MC means Main Character, which in that case is Cesar. It's easier to type that instead of a full name.

Maybe I didn't notice that somehow.

Yes, and I can respect that character has its own personality, but when it bends to follow the route chosen by players, such problems starts to show, like when I simply couldn't understand how or why does MC react to things like he does.

Agreed, just drawing attention to the fact that "MC" (and "PC", Player Character) is also often used when character name is unknown and generally seems to imply a blank slate character. Cesar doesn't seem to bend to people's choices in routes but rather show different parts of his personality, as there aren't any make or break personality trait determining choices. Most choices are about how horny he should let himself be, which is hardly a personality trait. By far the most significant choice is to keep his actual name (Cesar) or use a fake name.

Contrast this with GG where the almost completely blank slate MC is either traumatized, intelligent, kindhearted, evil, and a good many other traits depending on the player's choices, so the MC's actions are very consistent and clear to the player: they are the player's actions.
