The problem isn't that the story is too generic and bland or that the renders are not polished. The problem with this "game" is that there is nothing redeeming at all here. The "plot" is an incoherent mess only made worse by the renders. The tl;dr is don't bother downloading this at all but read on to actually see why.
Most of the dialogue, and the synopsis for that matter, reads as if it was ran through a translator and that's perfectly fine. However it still comes across as incoherent and rambling. In the same vein, the color for dialogue boxes and choices make it impossible to see some of the text.
The renders are an absolute mess, plain and simple. Not only are the backgrounds void of life and have horrid lighting, the actual models for the characters are lifeless as well. Also, the renders are covered in the worst noise filter for no reason at all. Hilariously, the main menu and the inane dialogue with some woman with a mismatched pale face are the only rendered images in the "game" that doesn't have this awful filter.
The 8 or so renders from then on aren't any better. Cefiliano (?) is a horrid looking model that is made worse by the noise filter. His whole story is told to us without images, save for when the stock asset demon picks him up and puts him in a blank map with some weird orb and a motorcycle. I can only assume the creator messed up the model for him and just decided to make a "story" based around him. The "story" with Brandon and Nicole actually has images but the models look a bit off and the filter does nothing to improve it.
