Unity - Completed - Nicole's Risky Job [v1.2] [Manyakis Games]

Fun gameplay, good story, nice animations. Its a great game but in therms of content and display of gallery and controls its kinda bad. some times its feels weird. but pretty fun to play 7/10 (Sorry for my bad english )

Almost perfect game. Unfortunately it requires two hands to control, otherwise it's hard to manage chat and camera with mouse only. Wish there was more of these.

Excellent plot, excellent premise, excellent writing and amazing voice acting. Wish there were more or another game devoted to the hottest cartoon mom, Nicole Waterson. Honestly wish this were more furry, but the liberties the creator took work very well. Looking forward to more from this creator.

hopefully that ending is a cliffhanger for a second game. anyway, great design and concept. the only issue is the length of the game, but I can see how this was setup to be able to build off it..................

Unfortunately it feels random / inconsistent for tips and is moderately short with having most of the same h-scenes that are bothered by chat.

Honestly really boring game, the animations are repetitive and the constant chat moderation pinging sound is annoying as shit. All of the gameplay just feels like work rather than lead to anything fun.

Would've probably fallen asleep if I kept playing past Stage 8, no joke. Not worth your time go play something else. 3/10.

The animations are good and the voice acting is pure quality, but most importantly, it's a legitimately fun game. I had a good time watching the conversations between Nicole and the other girl. It's a short game to have a good time, it would have been better if it had more content and story, but regardless of that, it is very enjoyable. Version of the game: 1.2

I would say it's okay. Not bad, nothing amazing.

Good:
Nice animations. Cute voice acting. Interesting concept.

Bad:
Mechanics are kinda annoying, especially having to move the camera and moderating chat instead of the girl. I feel like it would be more interesting to interact with chat in some other way.

Apart from that you just do the tips and you'll be fine, but that gets repetitive imo. New animations just feel like more of the same tbh, fun for a second, simply more work after that.

The story is interesting, but really short and basic. The MC doesn't show much emotion either. If she was embarrased or turned on by what's happening it would be more interesting. She also doesn't seem to orgasm, as far as I could tell.


I feel like it's a good concept and honestly a well made game, it's just not that fun. Adding some more story, with actual emotion/sex scenes, making the mechanics a bit more forgiving/fun and you honestly have a great game. RN though I can't give it more than a 2/5 simply because it wasn't all that enjoyable.

If you like the idea it might be worth trying, but if you're not hooked by scene 1 it's not worth continueing

A very short game but an excellent quality.

The animation and the drawing are incredible, I love Nicole's voice, and even the gameplay is original. It's super easy too.

It's a pretty good game, very short with only 10 stages. The animations are very appealing and the voice acting and dialogue was cute to listen to. Gameplay wise it wasn't my favorite as you didn't get a lot of choice in setting up your shoots or anything, but it's good.

Beautiful art, fun gameplay with real tutorials and progression, great voice acting, not grindy, not tedious, can be played with one hand. Never encountered any bugs. Really actually legally free, the paywall content is nice but never required.

If this game had a downside, is that it ended!

Pleasant little game. It's held back somewhat by the lack of a post game free cam mode and the poorly explained empty pose slot, which I believe is a patreon only pose, but other than that, the game is quite good. Would recommend.

So the game itself is very interesting. I had fun with it that's for sure. I just wish I had a little more control over certain things. One is the chat rules like if you every been in a real chat room they usually don't care about ads or pics. Second what's up with the blow job hiding your face is stupid. I want an option to show her face or not.

Another thing that annoyed me is when you are trying too do an action something comes up in the chat box and you have to block it.

I wish you had the ability to use the chat box. The game is fun but far from perfect.

I really liked the game, I found it difficult to do several different actions, but I confess that it was gratifying, as far as the technical sheet:

An all-around solid game, with amazing art as we've come to expect from Manyakis and easy-to-grasp mechanics. The game as a whole shouldn't take more than a half-hour to beat completely.

I was initially flip-flopping between whether to give this four or five stars. In my opinion, the game just isn't that stimulating. When I play a game, I want to feel at least somewhat engaged... and it does that, but it's extremely limited. You wait for someone to tell you "hey, here's a tip; do [action]" and you either hold a button (or tap repeatedly, if you're playing an older version—I'm very glad that revision was made), and then just wait for the next command. Sometimes, clearing the chatroom of spam messages can be a bit frenetic, and a misclick that deletes an innocent comment can be incredibly penalizing at times, knocking away sometimes a quarter of your viewers...

...but honestly? You should not need more than a single try to beat any given stage of the game... or at least, I didn't. As long as you're paying attention to the camera position, your left hand can easily perform actions while your right hand clears inflammatory comments. It does lack some replay value, unless you intend to open up every item in the gallery—even now, I'm only missing four of the advert posts—but for a game made in basically a single month, it does well enough.

For as much work was put in, I'm comfortable rounding my vote up to a five-star rating.

Now first thing first, I think everyone and their nan has seen that April Fools video of Nicole's Side Jobs, unfortunately, this is not that game.
There is no mud fight section that looks like something heavily modded from the underground cat fight from Yakuza 0...or like other 98 game modes.

I mean, it is competently made but the short game overall, but if we factor in that trailer, this is a massive letdown.
But on the flip side, if that trailer never exists, then there is nothing to hype, so yeah.

Anyway, Nicole's Risky Job (not to be confused with Nicole's Side Jobs coming in 2202) is a game about Nicole from an alt-universe Gumball in which everyone is humanoid, being a camgirl to make ends meet.

But before we start, may I ask one thing:
What is this game running on? Yeah I know it is Unity.
But it manages to make my i9-10900k/RTX 3070 rig make that "supercharge fan sound" like I am playing Cyberpunk 2077, the optimization is a bit ass, might I say.
I can't believe I am talking about optimization in an adult game...granted, in the actual game only, menu or cutscene is fine enough.

The premise:
Let's just assume Nicole break one too many "toy" and now have to make ends meet, so she asks some "stranger" online about being a camgirl, and proceed to be one.
Yeah, that is about it really.
In fact, the most lore you are given about this game is a series of texts.
But this is not the last game I review that has background lore as complex as Warhammer.
To hell with lore, you are a cam girl, now do the cam girl thing.

The Gameplay:
Initially, the gameplay is fine enough.
Like you are the camgirl, you do the camgirl thing through a series of buttons and aiming your camera (Get yourself a mouse with more than 5 buttons, you will want an auto fire for this one.)
While trying not to show your face...despite- do I really need a spoiler on this?
Eh, fuck it.

But later on, even this simple gameplay starts to show its cracks.
You start need to moderate your chat...like, really?
Now being a shameless straight man who writes reviews of adult games online, I don't really know how Chaturbate works.
I watch Projekt Melody, and that's it...so I really don't get how is this is a problem in the game, just get someone to moderate. Or, from the scale you are operating, you can probably ignore them.

What I mean is normally chat moves so fucking fast, there is no way the whole audience will be affected by one or two negative comments.
I will just assume we are not streaming to the Chinese government, in which can take offensive jokes like my self-esteem can take insults.
But nah, this audience base is so fragile, if there is a trace of negativity in chat, everyone will decide to leave, what kind of shit is that? Haven't they been on the internet? Am I Yandere dev?
I mean, yeah. Too many negative comments can cause problems. But not one or two, who the fuck cares then? Most people are here for catgirl pussy anyway.

As soon as my mind gets over this problem, the rest of the game seems fine.
Well until...
Srsly, even the last level isn't that hard, but maybe that is just me with my ass luck.

The Artstyle:
Like all Gumball porn, it looks nothing like the original show. But instead, it is very similar to that legendary trailer.
I have some issue with the- ugh, I feel weird even saying about this on an adult side.

I can't believe I am going into detail about this. Maybe it is because I really like this art style, and want the "bits" to be perfect.
But otherwise, I really like it.

The Story/Presentation:
I mean, there isn't really a story sans the premise part I mention above.
Aside from that, there are cutscenes between each level about "someone" talking about what you will face next, they function more like tutorials, before the actual tutorial, that is.
And until you beat everything, which doesn't take long, you get one extra scene, sort of.
Also, the voice acting is fine enough.
Okay to be totally honest. I didn't watch even one minute of Gumball, The amazing world of.
So I have no idea if they sound like their show counterpart.
I just think they sound good and fit their character's look.

In conclusion/TL;DR:
Overall, this is a rather short game about being a camgirl, that seems to exist because of that trailer.
I still really like the art style, the presentation. But the actual gameplay is a bit problematic.
I really hope there is something more in development.
Or at the very least, give us an endless mode, who tf only stream 150 seconds? I can wack off longer than that.

TL;DR A short game created probably because of that legendary meme-worthy trailer, it did capture the spirit of that game. But severely lack in contact if we compare to the trailer. Like every "Live Service" game by every AAA company ever.
But if we rule out the trailer, it is fine enough. With some issues regarding chat moderating in-game. Make it a game impossible to play with one hand.

I really want to see what they will do next.

The game is a bit hard, the scenes are hot, the dub is good, sounds are amazing, but! I was expecting a bit more of this game, the game is really funny, but is short, you can easy finish in 10 minutes of gameplay. Don't have sex scenes, only toy play and masturbation, is good if you like something more vanilla and exibition kinky, but I was expecting more for a game what everyone was puting soo much hype! But good job! I liked but I don't loved it.

Good game from a great artist, sadly it is very short but considering it started from a traditional april's fool version this one is a very good improvement, hopefully Manyakis continues to completing his games instead of making a lot of abandoned projects.

The addition of a gallery makes it much better, that way you can focus on just the game part and later enjoy the scenes.

Top quality game.
Gameplay: Has high-quality and unique gameplay which runs smoothly.
Art: The combination of art and the voice acting really bring this home for me.

Best part: Doesn't make you grind for the art or gate content behind annoying gameplay.

Downside: Limited amount of content but what's there is good.
