tl;dr: ignore the AI art and you have a quiz on biology and another two on beauty standards wrapped in a script in need of proofreading.
The game starts with the protagonist expressing frustration about returning to school in the evening and the perceived authority of our titular teacher (pun unintended). The game heavily restricts player choices, often leading to game over scenarios. Unfortunately, the grammar is reminiscent of machine-translated text, evident when the MC exclaims, "What a bitch she is!!! She threw a pen at the menu in class this morning! I was just kidding Kris though..." without clarifying who Kris is or why a menu is in a biology classroom. The teacher then asks four basic biology questions, but the answers hold no significance. However, failing the next eight questions on "female beauty and ideals" leads to a bad ending. Passing these questions rewards the player with staring at the teacher's boobs before a guard intervenes and she dismisses the player, cautioning them to "not coddle what you've seen here".
After that is a peek at the next update, potentially featuring more boobs, ass and maybe even panties (gasp!). The possibilities are endless, for this is all AI art so who knows what the dev does next. Maybe they could even move to a unique art style.
