Hopefully somebody can provide you a more direct answer, since I don't remember specifically myself, but if not: there should be an interactable somewhere (I want to say the bookshelf in your room in the Guard House?) that brings up a menu listing all materials available in all areas you've been to, so you could use that to look it up.

Mind you im not speaking about light effects in Battle but about lighting of the map. You are the second one i see reporting this "issue" but i assure you that Is 100% the fix.
