It's worth it cuz u get it 5 days earlier. And u get to support this amazing game. I mean if you can afford to donate 40 bucks a month to something that you like and enjoy I see no reason not to do it. And most of the times there aren't much people that donate so much so they should get something in return like early access.

Well I think its early access because others get it at the same day. Even in the description of $40 donation it says:

Just use the save I provided, walk in the downstairs bathroom where Jeane is shaving her legs, click through to the massaging, have the massaging happen, and then save it. It's all of maybe 30 seconds' work if you just click over and over.

I don't mind that it's going to $40 patrons first. The quality is good and the dev should make as much as he can from it.
