The game has been updated July 20, 2020!

CyberBunny 2077 is the beginning of a new game I'm making in HTML/Twine.
The game is just a concept/work-in-progress/demo and text only, for now, so be aware.

You don't need to download anything, you can play it in your browser.

If you have any feedback, I'd like to hear it. I haven't gotten any feeback anywhere yet!

I would post this to its own "Games" thread.
But I prefer not to get my butt reamed by everyone expecting a really good game.

it will be better if you get it up with a demo v0.01 with some decent playtime with images / gifs included or it will be hard for you to get a + feed back in f forums bud.

Also going with renpy, rpgm, unity, java or qsp will get bigger userbase than html i think.

It's not bad, also with funny moments but i guess most of people avoid these kind of concept demo because they are sure there is almost nothing inside. So don't be discouraged by the lack of feedback and try to do best first release you can make, first impression is very important. Good luck!

My suggestion is if you want to make something unique, don't use names like that, because it instantly gives this vibe that it's another Cyberpunk cheap clone.

Do you think this is because most HTML games have really bad presentation?

For example, if you took the exact same game content and put into Twine and Ren'Py,
the Ren'Py one would look better with the default options?

I think you have done a decent job in that html interface itself bud, if you are confident you can finish your story in html itself you should proceed in it instead of trying new unknown engines i guess.

i was wrong, there are some html games with decent user base too.

Online version is a good idea, no need to download is a +. but github might not like porn images i think, better lookinto their tos & move to a low cost hosting for longrun after you are done with demo.

This is really good advice. GitHub Pages forbid "sexually obscene" content, which I would argue this isn't, at least not yet. But it will probably be better to move it sooner rather than later. I will probably have to open a Patreon or something to help with costs. Thanks again.

It's simple, but is not limiting at all, you'll also see if you like creating games at all, if you do, you can start looking into more complex engines and games.
