No rights for threads

For example I have no rights to vote in the
Christmas Contest 2020 ($1200 Pool) thread
I'm wondering what the requirements are for more rights. Is there somewhere an explanation?

If you read the opening post voting is limited to donors, so only people who've donated to F95. Or staff. And it's in the private forum think that's usually a basic rule there.
