Identify non binary? homeless cafe side character

Weird title I know but...

I can't remember the name of the game.

I think it was harem game, and there was this homeless nonbinary (hinted at) side character who MC meets in the city. He offers to take them to a nearby cafe/bar to eat. They were living out of a back pack.
The cafe/bar was owned/ran by a guy I think was an ex of MC's main target? It hinted that they might be a tomboy/confused about their gender and MC might try to fuck them later.

Is any of this ringing bells for anyone?
