Non body conforming clothes

I know that I have seen a morph or a script. That allows for clothing to not stick to a character's chest(eg belly shirt) or butt. Like it is vacum molded to the character. So that the fabric stretches across the tits or butt crack. Is there a simple option I can choose in parameters? Or do I need the script/morph that I remember seeing? TY
