Seeking Not Critical Hit, but...

I've been SCOURING this website for this game. I did come across the Critical Hit that's here, but this isn't the game I'm looking for. I have no idea where to look anymore, I've been looking for over a year for this. If anyone either has it, or can lead me to a place to download safely, it's be awesome. Here's a video:

leads me to believe that there were two people in existence who had access to this tech demo-looking game - the author who made it for themselves and who wishes to remain anonymous, and the person who recorded the gameplay and doesn't have access to it anymore.
