Trying to find games where NPC react to how you are dressed. Preferably multiple dresses, I prefer 2D.

Right off the top of my head, check out The Curse of Pleasure by RanneRo. FMC can progressively start wearing sluttier/skimpier clothing options and this affects how NPC's and other characters react to her in the overworld.
