To be honest I like voyeurism but I don't know much about the World of upskirt voyeurism.

I've had an idea for a game too, it's not voyeurism. My vision is a RPGM game with CG stills and pixel animations for sex scenes.
The theme is a male demonic incubus, (male succubus in other words) one caveat is that he can't use magic for anything more than looking into people's dreams and the encouragement of ever deeper sleep. So there's none of this opening doors and windows with magic or any other cheap overpowered tricks like hypnosis, it's more deliciously "realistic".
You will work at the local neighbourhood convenience store, this is a job which in many ways is convenient regarding story, it's easy to interact with lots of people in the locality, housewives visit, office ladies, drunken girls, delinquent girls hang outside the store... you name it.
This would encourage "puzzle solving", for example, you help a woman to carry her groceries to her apartment and when she offers you a drink she gets a bit tipsy, you ask to go to the bathroom which she agrees to being a good host, you'll leave the (for example) bathroom window unlatched for later on that night, lots of little things like this that can occur, lots of trial and error. You hear a rumour while working, a delinquent girl who's got an abusive boyfriend he one night storms out and leaves the apartment unlocked, allowing you entry in more ways than one, you might not pick up on it or you may be focussed in other areas, who knows! Very opportunism focused.
You can see into people's dreams and choose various options like in a VN (1. 2. 3.) on how you're depicted in that dream, 1) Her husband who's away on a business trip 2) You, the hottie convenience store worker with chiseled biceps 3) Some pervert she moistened her panties to in an interaction you spotted earlier that evening. The choice will affect how deep her sleep will be, her willingness to continue the fantasy in her dream. (You could fuck up) You may be lucky on occasion, depending on your positive relationship with the character, she may enter into a conscious yet hazy state with you, undergoing a form of semi-conscious "sleep sex" that could be explained away as "sleep paralysis", her feelings for you may deepen beyond the dream World again depending if you take your human form or your true demonic form.
Basically the game is set over 365 days in which you have to attempt to impregnate as many women as you can, one attempt per night, after a year you have to leave town as you traditionally do to avoid suspicion, pregnancies last a full 9 months so none of this 6 week pregnancy shit, you
may see women that you've targeted being noticeably pregnant or even post birth with child, rumours of infidelity or even joy may take place depending on timing, (obviously if some husband is away for 3 months due to business infidelity would be the natural conclusion) after you leave town you will be able to hear rumours of pregnancies in which you're involved.
A lot of succubus games tend to have happy almost cartoonish bright visuals, I'd like for the theme to be a lot darker, gloomier and grittier. The type of artwork that would make Fujoshi's salivate but no accursed yaoi hands™ .
"Realism" is key, I want magic to be constrained so that you don't have some superpower vampire stuff, I think that having power over only dreams and a tentative power over sleep would allow people to more closely associate with the protagonist.
I was thinking about how I don't see male incubi and all the succubi stuff seems too damned happy and positive.
I want something more raw, dirty and sexy.
