I don't have iOS but try the option named "Allow access to NSFW servers on iOS" under Privacy & Safety in your settings. Think it only works on partial NSFW servers and not full NSFW servers but might be remembering that wrong.

Forgot to mention before but looks like you'll need to log in on a desktop first based on the setting description part below
