All of that is totally reasonable; however...
1) They talked about it after, and Elle was happy and excited with it. She wasn't blackout drunk, not remembering anything, it just took being drunk to push her that far. That being said, she was totally onboard after the MC convinced her it was alright. Which means, yup, still a step back going back to the old way of doing things (getting to know a guy first, building some sort of relationship, taking it slow...) Nah, my point still stands. Your rebuttal doesn't dispute it.
2) Sure the talk about condoms COULD have happened before the trip, but we don't know that. We were never told about it. My point is that it's HOT to have that conversation and the option. Not including it is dumb. Your point is silly. Also, telling her to go off birth control was just an idea from another game. Going off birth control doesn't immediately make one vulnerable to pregnancy. It's quick, for sure, but she's not going to be there for that long, less than an entire cycle. All the author would have to do is have her be on her cycle where she's not very susceptible to getting pregnant. That was not part of the critique, it was just an idea to include that option for people who enjoy the thrill of the risk, even if it's super low. I even said, "If you want to get wild..."
3) Also, the problem with saying "be careful" was the context. He said, "don't drink too much, last time it didn't work out well for you," despite it working out exactly how everyone wanted. What? He was implying she needed to drink less so she wouldn't make a bad decision, despite him wanting her to make those decisions (again, with those choices made on that route).
3) The point about the MC getting strange faster than Elle is that is't BORING.
