Yeah, Hot Wife / Cuckold =/= NTR since, well, the partner is usually getting off being involved / updated / watching the events.
As an aside, the entire "Hot Wife" USA kink (which is where it came from as a spin off of cuckold / BBC fetishes) side has huge slices of racial guilt / fetishizing, heavily mixed into the BBC / Black Spade stuff, it's all a bit... icky. Or at the very least, is only a turn on for people from a culture where slavery was a thing until really recently, if you know what I'm saying.

But yeah, unusual isometric design & original art, I'll give it a look over.
10 seconds in, we've got a unity engine game that can't wrap to widescreen aspect, has no resolution selection and whose menu button doesn't work in game. Oh and the text doesn't fit the text boxes, three instances in the first two minutes. Oh, and it's in Ingrish: "I wet myself in a dream" .... you meant "I came on myself because of the dream" my man, unless you're going to update your tags reaaaaal quickly. OH and every time you click somewhere to move to the game freezes for a couple of frames.
His hobby is creating new.... ? This is going to be a real issue since there doesn't appear to be any kind of quest tracker *and* the game has an item inventory bar, meaning we're probably going to be solving puzzles.
Sigh. I'll get a coffee and a xanax, I can tell this is going to be one of "those" games.
Oh, for FUCKS SAKE.
This is the current content of the "game":
1. Room #1 you watch a 2 second animation of NTR BBC action (wife/RNG black dude, done in-engine, so no splash or large screen), it's a dream
2. Speak to wife, you have a new lodger called "Blip" (?!?!?"), quest to get flour. He's a ginger, so immediately I hate the game.
3. Go to shop, buy flour. This is an auto-transition on using the door.
4. Go back home, give flour, go to park to talk to boss. This is an auto-transition on using the door.
5. Go to park, Boss says "Oh no, my wife is cheating on me, you need to check all the cameras in the school".
6. Blip is there, you cannot interact with him. The park map has an exit button to School, you cannot use it. It also has an exit button to the shop, but guess what? You can't use it either. You go home, wife says "carry me to bed", you get the single nudie splash that you can see in OP's post above.
7. Game ends with Patreon link. Of the screen teasers in OP's post, one is unobtainable since YOU CANNOT SPEAK TO BLIP IN THIS BUILD. GOD KNOWS I TRIED.
So: engine (unity) is badly used, doesn't even support widescreen resolutions, text boxes wrap, frame freeze on click and the content is three screens and three NPCs each with 1-2 lines of text.
This isn't a tech demo, it's not a game, should be pulled.

why most "western" ntr games are based on cuckold where the husband is ok with what happens? for me the fun in ntr is the cheating, the betrayl of a loved one.
Dang, i've misread the title as "NTR Cop" and was expecting quite different premise. Now i'm sad.

Also serious answer: yes, because the game literally has zero fucking content and by zero, I really do mean all there is in it is the single splash screen in the original post.

It seems decent so far. I guess I'll come back in couple of years to see if there are any content (assuming it doesn't get abandoned like 99% of other ntr games)

I hope they separate NTR and Netorase, I think just watching your wife do that while you are willing is so boring. From the screens and opening message, I thought this game would be something that you are with your wife and you are trying preserve your relationship while others are luring her away. I feel like that's more interesting.

good start, but there's things that need to be worked on.
-the navigation is hard, feels like your character collide with everything therefore moving is painfull.
-the view distance, the camera being so close to the character make it so you have no idea of what's in front of you or around.
-no fullscreen toggle?
-everytime i click somewhere to move, the game stutter for a few frames.
sync the "wet noise" from h scene to the speed of the animation, so the player doesnt hear "plap,plap,plap" if in the scene the characters are barely moving.
overall, nice idea of a game, i dig the isometric style and "free movement" but plenty to polish and i've yet to see what your writting is like, the only scene available barely had any(i've seen japanese title with more words in them than in the scene).
if you're aiming for a netorare, netorase game, put great attention and effort in your texts and dialogue, otherwise it's just a porn game with your wife being a whore.

Huh. My initial assumption from a brief glimpse at the title and screenshots was that it was a sort of 'Gotta Catch 'em All' NTR game where you stole other guy's wives. And while I was momentarily disappointed that it wasn't the case, I gotta admit the premise intrigues. To my knowledge not to many NTR games feature a hot-wife/swinging type situation, and it sounds oddly wholesome by the description. Also the art style is charming. Fuck it, I'll try a dang NTR game XD
