I think generally people view female protag games labelled as netorare misleading (I haven't played this one so I don't know for sure) because it's more accurately viewed as cheating. If the protagonist (of any gender) is in control of the infidelity then it can't really be classed as netorare (at least in my opinion) because there's no emotional betrayal against them.

I think your view is the general census around here. Even if a lot Japanese media labled NTR is about a wife becoming a cocksleeve for some ugly bastard and her change with little perspective from the cucked. BUT Lisa & The Office is on there, so maybe it should go on the list.

Yeah, I can't remember the last time I saw a game that had a female protag who had a lover who cheated on her.

Also, to be fair the list is "NTR, cuckold, hotwife, sharing, cheating, voyeurism and swinging" not just "Netorare", so maybe I'm just reacting to the fact they called it a cuck game more than anything.
