Mundane tasks, such as washing the dish and buying books for Alice, serves not as sexual gratification or "wank stops" for the player, but as bits and grains that builds up the relationship that's so resembles the way we build up relationships in real life - or as relatable in real life, which spawns this genuity. Call it masochism, but seeing the foundations of the relationship between them slowly and painfully gets corroded as Eric steadfastly corrupts them with money and sexual satisfaction is arousing to me.
Addition of Lisa is another aspect of power dynamics at play - seniority, which inherently diverges from wealth but ultimately it still serves the same purpose, and that is to facilitate corruption. The inability of the protagonist to protect Lisa from exposure to the sinister agendas of Eric (is similar to the play style of another game which I'll mention later) creates this unexplainable culmination of arousement. Whilst such plot isn't fully developed and matured in the game which is, shamefully and unfortunately, abandoned, it is directly implied such corrupting Lisa by Eric is only a matter of time. The tainting of such innocence is so fucking hot.
Another game that I can relate to such a high degree is Seed of Chaos, and fortunately, this game is still in development and shows no signs of stopping. The slow but eventual corruption of Alexia by Andras is eerie similar to the last case I raised, corruption not by wealth, but by seniority. The involvement of the Minotaur fucking Alexia which is, the creme de la creme also elucidates a critical point - size difference implies seniority/ power. However, it's a shame the NTR content in the game, while plentiful nominally, are updated relatively slowly, and by my standards quite minute.

I do understand the kink of corrupting your wife into a slut is a known niche in the NTR community, the game fails to even achieve the first objective and that is to have a coherent backstory and foundation.
Here's my take of the game, ideally, that is completely relative to each person and subjective so it might not fit your aim:

I would like to see the wife of the protagonist start to slowly be corrupted by one single particular individual, whom posses one particular trait of which I mentioned above, with a slowly growing bond/ emotional attachment to that character. The ultimate high for me would be a subplot whereby the antagonist goes from getting handsy (groping the wife), to handjobs, to blowjobs, to protected sex, anal sex, then eventually unprotected sex whereby the wife becomes impregnated. That does fit the descriptions of many games out there, but unfortunately they all share the same archilles' heel, and that is lackluster writing and rushed plot, whereby sex and porn becomes the main point and less attention put into the writing.
To summarize, the secret to success for any game with an element of NTR/cuckolding is, surprisingly simple, and that is:
