Example
Engine: Renpy
Game Style: RPG/Sandbox
Beginning of the story: The MC is a photographer and one of his clients is interested in his girlfriend.
Middle/End of Story: The girlfriend ends up falling in love with the client and leaves the MC.
Additional fetishes: Pregnancy, Interracial, etc.

 

[Meaning Less]

The beauty of NTR is that any plot can be perfect as long as the corruption is slow and steady.

Bonus points if it lets you skip multiple perspective scenes, so you can't be sure the MC's love interest is already being taken unless you progress the story further or check the gallery, like it is done with Scars of Summer and other ntr games.
