I know a lot of NTR games can technically fit into this category, as walking around and finding it happening could be considered playing the game, but i more so mean where you can see it happening (whether the mc is aware or not doesnt matter) while you are actively playing the actual game part of the game.

So not games like Nymphomania Priestess and My Girlfriend Advanced to the Dancer Class and She Buffs Everybody where you are fighting together with them.
